Bordetella (Kennel Cough) is the term that was commonly applied to the most prevalent upper respiratory problem in dogs in the United States. Recently, the condition has become known as tracheobronchitis, canine infectious tracheobronchitis, Bordetellosis, or Bordetella. It is highly contagious in dogs. The disease is found worldwide and will infect a very high percentage of dogs in their lifetime. Bordetella (Kennel Cough) can be transmitted on hands and clothing as well as through the air and is highly contagious to pets who have not had a
preventative vaccination.

Cats: Panieukopenia (distemper) and Rabies.

If your pet/pets are not current our professional Veterinarian staff will be happy to offer any vaccination your pet may need the day of your grooming appointment.

Please be prepared to give us your vaccination information for your pet being groomed and present Veterinarian's name, we will verify your pet's vaccinations with the veterinarian's name you list the day your pet is groomed.

If you are a new client, you may fill out and print a New Client Registration form. This will save you time by filling it out at home and bringing it with you the day your pet is groomed. If you cannot keep your appointment please call and either reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Sedation: It is our policy to groom your pet without using any form of sedation. Our groomers take special care to calm your pet by spending time, without rushing them, with the grooming process. If, and only IF, your pet becomes completely uncontrollable for us to groom, we will call you and give you the option of weather you want to sedate. No pet will be sedated without your permission.

Safety Issues: The safety of our clients, pets and staff is of the highest priority. We will do everything we can for a safe and secure environment. As the owner, you are required to inform us of any behavior problems (past or present) that we might encounter. We ask that all pets enter our facility on leash so they may be controlled while encountering other clients/pets or staff.

Satisfaction: The Fleur Critter Spa Groomers will be dedicated to give your pet the best that grooming has to offer them.. However, due to the condition of the coat or behavior of your pet sometimes we can only do what your pet will allow. If your pet is not groomed in the manner you expected Please let us know the day your pet is groomed, we will do everything in our power to meet your expected outcome.

PAYMENT; Payment for grooming your pet will be due the day of your appointment, either by cash, check or credit card.
